We exist to present one voice to anyone keen to know more about Myalgic Encephalomyelitis known as ME, sometimes referred to as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or CFS, representing a number of UK charities and organisations in an alliance that together unites us in a common cause to ease the suffering of patients, and in time, find a cure.

As Charles Darwin, who experienced ME, said “In the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) those who learned to collaborate and improvise effectively have prevailed.”

Our website is regularly updated to include member’s information, medical advice, minutes of our meetings and relevant news aimed at providing the latest guidance on research, support and care and education for those seeking it. We pool and share information so welcome insights so we can remain up to date.

250,000 people in the UK live with ME and we hope that this short film, created by Inga Topolnicki , gives you a personal insight into the experience of living with this debilitating disease.
